Eliminate stress; Increase your joy! Eliminate anxiety, improve your peace of mind, and enjoy life more. Respond creatively to life’s many challenges. Join Patty Seybold on Thursday afternoons at the Community Center for a series of interactive discussions and videos to discover the 3 Principles that govern how our minds actually work. If you let these principles of mental wellbeing–mind, consciousness, and thought–work within you as nature intended, you’ll experience less anxiety and stress, less frustration and overwhelm, and less depression. You’ll find yourself able to relax more, to laugh more, to go with the flow. You’ll no longer feel out of control or overwhelmed, you won’t become angry at other people, or get frustrated because of things outside your control. Instead, you’ll gain peace of mind, you’ll think of things at the right times to just get them done, you won’t be angry or resentful, and you’ll enjoy life more. Instead of constantly worrying about things, you’ll gain creative, fresh insights. So join us every Thursday from 2 to 3 pm to deepen your understanding and mastery of living Inside Out.
